Refunds and chargebacks

Campaign funding

Brand funding is held for the campaign. Unspent funding on a campaign that ends or is cancelled can be refunded to the original payment method, less amounts already earned by verified views and the platform fee on spend.

Refund requests go to the contact below with the campaign id. We answer within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel from Billing; access runs to the end of the paid period. [Placeholder for counsel: pro-rata policy.]

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback; most issues are fixed faster that way. A chargeback on campaign funding pauses that campaign and its unpaid earnings until it is resolved. Accounts with chargebacks found to be abusive can be closed.

Clipper earnings

Earnings tied to views later found fake, botted or recycled can be reversed, including after payout where the law allows.
