> CLIP OR NOT is a web platform for short-form clip campaigns, made by Digital Currensy Inc. Brands fund a campaign on their own long videos. Clippers cut short clips, post them on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X, and paste the public link. An operator reviews each public post. Pay follows views counted on approved posts. Amounts are recorded in integer cents.
